We have a 1-day return policy, which means after you have received your item and you may have noticed a manufacturing defect that wasn’t noticed by our team during the installation process, you may return the product to be fixed or replaced if necessary free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, we must be notified about the defect within the first day, or else you are no longer eligible for the return policy. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send our team to inspect the issue and begin the returning process within 3-7 days. Items with defects caused by the purchaser will not be accepted for return but you may schedule a repair for a fee that depends on the issue at hand that can be set after inspection.
