Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We have a 1-day return policy, which means after you have received your item and you may have noticed a manufacturing defect that wasn’t noticed by our team during the installation process, you may return the product to be fixed or replaced if necessary free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, we must be notified about the defect within the first day, or else you are no longer eligible for the return policy. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@steelculturekw.com or at 1515616  and share your comments and pictures of defects. If your return is accepted, we’ll send our team to inspect the issue and begin the returning process within 3-7 days. Items with defects caused by the purchaser will not be accepted for return but you may schedule a repair for a fee that depends on the issue at hand that can be set after inspection.

Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order within 24hr of placing it, it is 100% refundable but we hope you’d be able to provide us with why you wish to cancel it so we may consider it for future reference. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
